Always passionate about travel,
in 2020 I visited Bordeaux where I got to know French wines and fell in love with them. From there, a journey of knowledge of the world of wine began. First I started going around cellars, learning about them, tasting them. However, it seemed to me that I was entering a complex universe in which with each discovery new paths opened up, increasingly fragrant and fascinating. Enrolling in a sommelier course was an almost obligatory choice. Now I am a third level student and I would like to share this journey of mine with all enthusiasts and in particular I would like to discover ancient, hybridized and rare vines to which I have already dedicated a Facebook page. At the moment with this blog I aim to also disseminate the cultural side of wine and its traditions. Precisely to delve deeper into Italian and European food and wine traditions, I am currently enrolled in a university course in gastronomic sciences.
